jack straw says that if the prison officers wont agree not to strike ever then he will re-introduce legislation that makes it illegal for the them to strike..er 'scsue me but it seems a bit daft to insist they dont strike OR you will make it illegal - that means that effectively they cant strike EVER doesn't it
