nice xmas lunch with an ex and her friends - stayed sober and behaved myself (that's 2 days in a row that ive kept my counsel..well done me!) Finally cracked just now and sent the muppeteer a cheery message because for amongst all the texts ive had today none were from her hoping the travellers will return before long and in the meantime im going to watch the dr who special in a bit and enjoy a festive glass or two. tommorow its nearly three hours of driving to see me ma and other sibling and then 3 hours back on the following day. i trust all of you have enjoyed your day notably those who had to cope with families and hordes of children - i really hope your efforts were appreciated
