the day has largely been pants. problems with my house . mostly unproductive day at work (although i did send an article off at 4 and have just had a proposal for a talk in april accepted this evening , saw the muppeteer but was unable to talk to her , didn't get my travel grant (not the end of the world cos the college will pay my fare ).. so not THAT bad I suppose I just still feel rubbish. going to go to the gym (yes it really is that bad ) then take it out on paul at badminton (poor bloke!)
